Vaginal bleeding: Bleeding for "2 weeks" now "bright red" is not usual on "birth control" (bcp's). If pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to make sure you are not pregnant. If not, stop the oral bcp's and begin a new pack in five days. If the HCG test is positive, see your healthcare provider immediately. Tubal pregnancies can cause bleeding as you describe and need attention.
