Possible CTS: Oftentimes patients who have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome will wake up with hand pain involving their thumb and the next 2-3 fingers in one or both hands. Since this is severe enough to wake you up at night, I recommend you see a physician so they can make a definitive diagnosis and recommend a treatment plan for you.
