Unlikely: Like all medications lisinopril (a common medication most used to treat high blood pressure) can cause side effects or adverse reactions for some patients. However, red, itchy eyes and chronic heartburn are not common with this medicine. I suggest a physician review any other medications/supplements that you may be taking to make sure there are no other medication causes for your symptoms.
