Can be No or Yes: Usually NO, if her PMS time is the week "right before her period." Realize that her period must come in order to know for sure that the PMS was "right before her period." If the period comes, there is no pregnancy. But YES, if her PMS was merely "right before" her EXPECTED period, but ovulation was late and her actual period was going to be late, but never comes because there is a new pregnancy.
