Spread of tiny bumps growing from just a few till today all around the head of my penis head over the past 2 months. they are so tiny that it's barely visible, different in sizes and in huge numbers of it, more visible with an erection.

Small bumps: on penis MAY be Fordyce spots. They are visible sebaceous glands and are common. Please see your doc to make sure that this is not an infection. No need to be shy. He/she has seen it all. Peace and good health.
