Can mucus in sinus cavities drained out naturally or with help of massage or acupuncture?my sinus ct scan showed the sinus cavities blocked wth mucus

Nope: neither massage nor acupuncture can relieve what is basically a STRUCTURAL problem...you have to DRAIN using agents which will expand the tiny ducts connecting your sinuses to the inner nasal spaces. A DECONGESTANT plus or minus an antihistamine ( to decrease the allergic component if one exists) is you first step.... Ask your PCP for a recommendation! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
