Lower abdominal cramps around bladder area that started gradually but intensified in pain with urges to have bowel movement. very little stool passing and stools look pale tan in color. period started 2 days ago unsure if 2 is related.

Pale Poop & Period: Menstrual cramping and hormonal fluctuations can cause many symptoms, especially if endometriosis is present. This is where endometrial tissue exists outside the uterus. The bladder or intestines can be affected. Oddly, when the normal period occurs other symptoms unique to those other organs can also occur, like bladder & colon spasms. Pale stool, though, should be evaluated if ongoing.
