Itchy spots : Need more information but itchy rash is usually an irritation from something but could be other things so would recommend you get examined

POSSIBLE Fordyce: spots, which are visible seabaceous glands. Please see your doc for diagnosis. There are other possibilities. Please don't worry. Peace and good health.
