Yes: Sed rate means nothing if you feel well and in my book this is normal. The test is fraught with errors anyway. If all your white cells are well-formed, and you feel well, stop worrying. Lab reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. The high platelet count raises my eyebrows -- this can be a warning of iron deficiency before you become anemic.
