Can a person get tapeworm larva from eating salmon eggs?

Depends: Commercial fisheries are required to freeze fish for 15 hrs at -35F to kill parasites while common freezers would require 7 days at -4F to do the same. Farm raised salmon are fed pelleted food & seldom acquire parasites. So the answer really depends on the source. It is more likely for wild caught than commercial, but even then it is not common.
