Maybe yes/no: Condoms do not always prevent sexually transmitted diseases. They are good but not 100%. These diseases can pass in the moist sexual fluids of intercourse and condoms don't protect all surfaces. Chlamydia can bypass condoms on occasion. But your burning could be something else. A visit to your doc & testing is needed to sort it out.
