A year ago: In the US we routinely have infants screened by age 1 yr by a dentist. They can identify any issues before problems get bad & apply materials that provide long term protection to the emerging teeth.

Dental Care: If your daughter has carious lesions she should be seen by a dentist ASAP, a pediatric dentist if possible. Decay at this age needs to be immediately treated to prevent further complications as your child develops.

Now: She's at least a year overdue. American Dental Association recommends 1st dental appt age 1. In all probability your child would not have cavities if she was under care of General Dentist or Pedodontist. Get cavities fixed immediately. Brush 2x/day w small smear of fluoridated t'paste. Floss daily. Never put child to bed w bottle.
