Probably not PPP: Pearly penile papules persist for years, but having only one is unusual. As we discussed in an earlier question, this also isn't like to be molluscum; re-read that reply. It's time for you to stop trying to figure it out online; you'll never know what it is that way, and no point in repeated questions on this or any other forum.
