Possibly: Condoms reduce the transfer of many germs but are not 100% protective for any. Not all surfaces exposed to sexual secretions are covered & the germ doesn't need introduction deep into your vagina to be transferred. Since chlamydia can lead to tubal pregnancy or infertility I would confer with your doc on how to proceed. If you were my patient I would evaluate & likely treat.
