Hello i recently had an abdominal hysterectomy 20 days post op. i am experiencing extreme dizziness after standing for just a few minutes.

Call your surgeon: Please call you surgeon with any issues that occur in the post op period. They are able to evaluate much better having just performed your procedure and knowing your history. Call immediately and please Make sure you are drinking enough water.
