Unlikely : Your systolic blood pressure is a bit high, however that depends on many factors, first is how and when do you measure your, blood pressure, technique and time of the day or after physical activity would affect reading. Second consuming salt, would also increase the reading, being overweight would also have an effect. Check again with your doctor, try to reduce weight, and start regular exercise

Sleep Apnea: has been statistically "associated" with high blood pressure but there is no "cause -effect" relationship. Most high blood pressure is "essential' a term used to describe something which happens 'ON IT'S OWN". There are "causes" out there eg: kidney problems You need an in person consultation with an GENERAL INTERNIST who can sort this out for you! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
