Probably not, but...: If your chlamydia was treated with a single 1 gram dose of azithromycin, there is a slight chance (2-4%) the treatment failed to entirely clear the infection. Did you have a follow-up test 3-6 months after treatment, as recommended by experts and CDC? Alternatively, if sexually active you might have new chlamydia or gonorrhea. Get checked in person ASAP (don't only have another test). Good luck!
