Yes: First try motrin 600mg every 6 hours in addition to stretching of back and neck, ice pads, and massage and potentially attempting to change nursing positions. Also make sure to stay well hydrated and eat foods rich in potassium and magnesium (examples: bananas, potatoes) to prevent muscle spasms. If these things don't work try cyclobenzaprine but know it can cause drowsiness
