Epididymis?: My guess is you are feeling your epidiymis; sounds normal. Google "testicular anatomy" or similar terms for illustrations. If both sides the same, amost certinaly not abnormal. Harder to guess at the "dark circles", but maybe just normal variation in skin tone. If you remain in doubt, discuss these things with your doctor, but for now it doesn't sound like you have anything to be worried about.
