Yes: Did you get a flu shot? Could be unrelated to the "weed withdrawal" I take it you mean chronic marijuana? Could also be gastritis or a stomach ulcer, esophagitis or just a passing worry. See a Doctor if you want a diagnosis and addiction treatment.
