I have left bicep pain since last night that refuses to go away, mild nausea, and sleepiness. should i be worried about my heart?

Biceps pain: Do you have pain when you bend your elbow and biceps gets prominent or do you have continuous pain? Is it on front or side of the arm? Is it only in upper arm? If only in bending, front location, most likely biceps. Tendinitis or partial tear. Heart related pain is more specific if right arm , both arm or medial side of left arm, continuous, feeling of doom. See doctor if pain persists.
