Options: This is a very specific case better discussed one on one. In general fibroids and endometriosis can be managed surgically or medically. Management depends on the size, the location and the severity of symptoms. Oral contraceptives could possibly be useful if the symptom is heavy bleeding. Other fibroid symptoms may not be helped by periods. Blood pressure monitoring is warranted.
