Daughter had hives on saturday and seems to have appeared again i her upper lip. with some ice packs it seems to go down but flares up again.

Hives: Has she been introduced to anything new or different? Is it only around her lips? This would make me think it is related to something she is eating. If elsewhere, then more of a general reaction. Hives are tricky to know what is causing them. In children, this is a common reaction to infections, even viral.
