Mark the calendar: A young, presumably fertile, couple, married and settled down, happy with not too much stress from work and life, having stable jobs that provide good health insurance (because babies have lots of doctor visits)... can relax, smile, and have sex every 1-2 days until pregnant. They can mark on a calendar a date 6 months from now, to call the Ob-Gyn doctor for an appointment if not pregnant by then.
