Nothing: Sometimes there are folds of the vagina or labia that are protuberant, sometimes the hymenal ring is thick and very obvious. If there is no pain or significant change, nothing needs to be done. If you are concerned, it would be a good idea to have an examination by an obgyn so that she or he can fully evaluate you
