what could be the problem, when one gets mini sores all over the body and has a temperature and sleeps a lot. saw a doctor but didnt know what's wrong?

Sores, fever,fatigue: There are many possibilities for what you describe: viral, bacterial or fungal infections as well as some exposure to some chemicals as well as an autoimmune process or malignancy. Infectious is the most likely of what I mentioned. If your general doctor cannot make a diagnosis, I would recommend seeing an infectious disease specialist if your problem has not cleared on its’ own.
