Sores, fever,fatigue: There are many possibilities for what you describe: viral, bacterial or fungal infections as well as some exposure to some chemicals as well as an autoimmune process or malignancy. Infectious is the most likely of what I mentioned. If your general doctor cannot make a diagnosis, I would recommend seeing an infectious disease specialist if your problem has not cleared on its’ own.
