Dehydration not a...: Dehydration is not Known to be a significant adverse effect of dextroamphetamine.l. Dry mouth, yes but notAssociated with the hydration. I found no evidence suggesting otherwise. Amphetamines do not interfere with our immune system so it is not necessary to stop them when an infection occurs.
