Good morning. i went of birth control pill and believe that i was ovulating wednesday. the pain persisted and i am still in pain 2 days after?

Hard to prove: It is difficult to confirm or deny ovulation from a non specific pain for 2 days. A basal body temperature chart o other ovulation testing is necessary. If the pain is severe a MD visit would be appropriate to assess for other pain causes.
