Yes: It would be a good idea to see a gyn to make sure this is not a sign of a sexually transmitted disease. Warm water sprayed on area after urinating will help as well as avoidance of toilet paper. Loose clothing and cotton or no underwear is also recommended Otherwise just waiting for it to heal is best
