Sinusitis: The most effective way to reduce sinusitis is to reduce the swelling around the eustation tubes, so the middle ear can drain. This can be done with decongestants and a nasal spray that can shrink the swollen tissue around the eustation tubes. You can also give yourself a sinus washout. Kits are available at pharmacies. If fever persists see you doctor.
