Doctor can evaluate: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see what might be causing the stomach ache. Some possible causes of pain after eating are conditions such as gallstones, gastritis, gastric reflux, pancreas problems, constipation, etc... Meanwhile, one can make a daily food, activities, symptoms, and medications diary, and take it to show the doctor.
