No no no: The CT scan was looking for abnormalities which could explain seizure activity. Things like bleeding, tumors etc. That is step one. Your doctor will almost certainly order neurological consult and EEG studies. If these are truly seizures the standard of care is obvious. Since you've had six seizures, my guess is they were atypical and did not result in an immediate referral to neurology

CAT excludes substantial mass causing epilepsy but SOLITARY EEG could be negative. Ambulatory EEG far more confirmatory. Hope you are taking anti epileptic meds. Do not drive, operate power equipment, avoid heights
