I am taking arv at 20h00 at night . i will be travelling overseas. i am not sure what time i must take my medication when i am there. please advise?

Doesn't matter: I think you have been misled by warnings about not missing any ARV doses. But only repeated missed doses are a problem; missing a single dose now and then is harmless. You can either skip one dose for several hours or take a dose early, then continue taking the drug at 20:00 in whatever time zone you're in. Same thing when you return home.
