Doesn't matter: I think you have been misled by warnings about not missing any ARV doses. But only repeated missed doses are a problem; missing a single dose now and then is harmless. You can either skip one dose for several hours or take a dose early, then continue taking the drug at 20:00 in whatever time zone you're in. Same thing when you return home.
