I've been getting quite nauseous with bowel movments. doesn't matter what type, normal or not. it can get so bad i dry heave until i i go. pain doesn't happen often. lots of bloating, appetite is also low. not sure what to do.

See doctor: I assume that you have had the problem for more than a few days and you are not pregnant. I am quite concerned about your unintentional weight loss which along with the GI symptoms required medical attention.
