ED: You should proceed to the ED as soon as possible. This might be simply a migraine, but I want you to have check to rule out clot in brain, other intracranial issues.

Corneal abrasion: A 25 year old waking up with blurry vision in one eye is likely a corneal abrasion. Feeling "dizzy" may be related to the eye if it is disequilibrium. If by "dizzy" you mean vertigo, if you feel movement such as spinning, this is another matter altogether. If the former I would use some OTC "artificial tears" and patch the eye; it will resolve in 24 hours. If vertigo; see your doctor.
