Could be blocked: The tearing could be because of multiple reason. Allergy, dry eyes, or block lacrimal drainage from eye to the nose in the inner corner of the eye. i do not know which kind of meds you used. It may be a good idea to irrigate your lacrimal system. This will tell if you have a blockage. good luck!
