Pain relief : Diclofenac and neurofen , both are anti inflammatory medications. We cannot both . Paracetamol can be taken along with diclofenac .

Yes & no: Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication which also acts as a very good pain killer. Neurofen (also called ibuprofen) is in the same family of medicines so he should not take both as this would be doubling up. He can definitely take panadol at the same time to supplement the pain relief he gets.
