Neck, shoulder pain: May be cervical disc disease/ muscle strain, . Cervical spine MRI can determine the pathology. Steroids short term, motrin like products ( if not allergic), muscle relaxants like Flexeril, and nerve meds like gabapentin as well as kinesiotape, and PT ( once you know pathology) may help resolve he pain. Vit D l ,tumeric ( 1/2 teaspoon/ day), fish oil 2000 mg /d help as well .F/u/ w/ ortho
