Had a programmable vp shunt placed 10 days post sah. patient gets drowsy every 24-48 hours after adjusting. last time no hydrocephalus on ct,?

Eval: If the CT did not show hydrocephalus, then at least no objective evidence for shunt problem. Fever ? That would be of concern. If shunt new electrolyte concerns too.
