It's complicated: Many things can affect arousal and libido, but pregnancy and a 2nd degree tear are not the culprits, at least not directly. When sex is painful it becomes less appealing, and a baby is demanding, distracting and stressful on relationships. Libido is driven in part by fertility, so birth control itself can inhibit desire. Low testosterone can also be a factor, so that may be an easy place to start.
