Really???: If you know for sure your stylist has HIV, AND that she is not on effective treatment, AND that her finger continued to bleed, AND that despite the bleeding she did not cover the wound and continued to massage your scalp, AND if you really had fresh, bleeding cuts of the scalp, then there might be a small risk. But nobody in the world has ever caught HIV in this manner; you won't be the first.
