Recently came of the pill. then had my withdraw bleed. 3 weeks later 4 days of light spotting then 2 days later blood. when will normal periods return?

Vag/bldg.: period ?: If your periods were between 28-34 days apart prior to taking the oral BCP's, they should resume in 4-6 weeks. Since one ovulates prior to the onset of the next period, if pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test if bleeding continues, and see your gyn provider for an exam.
