Start with his doc: It should not be the pneumonia at 5 wks out but might be related to hoe/why he got it. I would start with his doc, who knows his case to begin with. If a related complication is there you are ahead in finding out. If he needs specialty referral the doc is in the best position to know who/where to send him.
