Uncertain, but...: Bleeding inside muscle forms clot collection on site as hematoma, which most times is self limited and resolved spontaneously in widely variable pace depending its size and personal healing ability. So, its resolution could be as short as 3-4 wks or as long as 3-6 months. Generally speaking, it is okay as long as the pain, its size and tension are slowly but surely getting better day by day...
