"2 wks. late": At mid thirties, sometimes ovulation is delayed, and the onset of the next menstruation is therefore also delayed. If pregnancy is suspected, get a serum HCG test from your gyn provider, which is very accurate. If negative, your cycle may simply be adjusting to new hormone requirements for your ovary to produce a mature egg.
