"Plan B": Plan B is probably not necessary only "2 days after" a period, but after "Plan B" if pregnancy did not occur, there is withdrawal bleeding from the estrogen in "Plan B", added to the spotting which is also possible with ovulation, and some light bleeding and small clots may occur. If you suspect pregnancy, get a serum HCG test to be certain.
