No: It is not recommended for anyone to use "breast enhancement" creams. Such products make the sellers happy (all the way to the bank), but the products don't work. However, if they do work, that would mean they contain unknown levels of hormones and unknown types of hormones... which would mean they are hazardous to health. Therefore, ignore "breast enhancement" creams, lotions, pills, etc...
