What do i do to stop the baby from being made?

That's easy: No sperm equals no baby. So, by avoiding sperm, the problem is solved. That said, some women must have contact with sperm. For those women, options include an IUD, combination birth control pills, mini-pills, monthly DepoProvera, etc... There are so many options. Just talk with the doctor to find one that will work most conveniently and most safely.

See below: Agree with Dr. Kwok. The only item I would add is to not have sex. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
