Shouldn't matter: Your hemorrhoids should have no effect on his problem. They are physical growths due to dilated veins, not an infection. Vaginal intercourse would not place him at risk from your hemorrhoids. However, if you have picked up a STD like chlamydia or gonorrhea they can easily give his such symptoms.
