Kinda late: There's not much to do. Despite not having prenatal care to this point, you are still pregnant and, normally, everything will be ok. You need to arrange for care and delivery now with an MD of your choice. Iron and vitamins would be a good idea. Don't torture yourself about what you did over the past 6-7 months - most babies do fine in spite of this. arrange for adoption or how you will take care
